Mitchelville Place is unique because we are both a vacation rental property and event venue. By providing sleeping quarters for twelve guests, couples can keep their near and dear close by for easy rehearsals, receptions, photographs, and the Big Day itself! If you have a larger group, please inquire about our "partner properties" in the neighborhood.
4. You save on lodging costs by bundling venue and rental costs.
Mitchelville Place is able to offer the greatest value in Lowcountry weddings by combining multiple events for one additional event fee. Also, when comparing us to other venues, don’t forget to factor in the cost of accommodations for 12 guests!
5. One event per day is our policy at Mitchelville Place.
We want all of the focus to be on you and your day! That means that we never book more than one event per day so that your event is stress-free and you can focus on what matters.
